Thrive is expanding support options to include professional counseling services for individuals living with mental health challenges or substance use disorders. Whether someone is navigating addiction recovery, managing anxiety or depression, coping with major life changes, or simply needs therapeutic guidance, our licensed clinicians are here to help.
How Counseling and Peer Support Work Together
Clients sometimes ask–how counseling differs from peer support?
- Counseling provides clinical treatment to help clients understand their emotions, work through challenges, learn healthy coping strategies, and build long‑term wellness.
- Peer support offers lived experience, hope, and recovery‑focused encouragement.
These services do not replace one another—they work together to strengthen each client’s recovery journey.
How to Refer
- Current Peer Support Clients: Their peer specialist can help coordinate a referral for counseling.
- New Clients: New individuals can begin the process by filling our a referral form
