MRSS Call Center

In 2022, Thrive Peer Recovery Services was awarded a contract with the Ohio Department of Mental Health and Addiction Services to run the state-wide call center for Mobile Response Stabilization Services (MRSS). Families with youth and young adults up to age 21 who are experiencing difficulties or distress can receive assistance within 60 minutes after contacting MRSS. To learn more, visit mrssohio.org.

County Warmlines

Thrive Peer Recovery Services operates a Mental Health Warmlines program in both Cuyahoga County and Clark/Green/Madison counties. The Warmline program is a phone number people can call to get immediate, anonymous 24/7 peer support operated by our Certified Peer Recovery Supporters.

Our trained professionals provide a sympathetic ear, telephone counseling, referrals to community resources, support of self-advocacy and life skills, and transfers calls to Mobile Crisis when necessary.

To reach the Clark, Green, Madison County Mental Health Warmline individuals can call 937-662-9080.
