A certified Peer Recovery Supporter not only understands what you are going through but has personally succeeded in long-term recovery and can help guide you along your journey. They can offer advice, referrals to treatment, and general assistance with your recovery needs.
What does my Peer Recovery Support benefit include?
Peer Support Services
As a member of your commercial insurance plan, you may receive support for any of your substance use or mental health needs. A certified Peer Recovery Supporter (PRS) is just a phone call away. A PRS can connect with you within 24 hours and provide a referral to treatment services, help with finding resources, or just connect with someone who can offer guidance through a tough situation.

Family & Group Sessions
Thrive will offer access to weekly group sessions for you or your family support system. These sessions will allow you to gain understanding and support from others with a shared experience. They also offer an opportunity for your loved ones to gain insight and support for the stresses of substance use and mental health concerns on the family.
Mobile App
You will have access to a recovery-focused mobile app that will provide self-guided support and 24/7 access to a digital recovery community. Get the support you need on your smartphone or computer.
How do I access my Peer Recovery benefit?
Accessing your Thrive Peer Recovery Support service is easy. You can submit a self-referral form by clicking here, or by filling out the form below. You can also call the Thrive referral line at (888) 477-0411 to be connected with a commercial insurance intake specialist. Once you are matched with a certified Peer Recovery Supporter, you can create your own schedule and personalized goals with them. If you need ongoing care with your PRS, Thrive’s clinical team can assist with your assessment and further treatment goals.
